斷左條supraspinatus tendon, 條根會不會愈來愈短, 做不到手術?

我的爸爸跌親, 斷左條supraspinatus tendon, 夜晚會痛醒.現在手不能提起, 做了物理治療都沒好轉. 排政府醫院做手術要排兩年, 爸爸擔心條根會愈縮愈短, 兩年後做手術都冇用, 請問是不是會條根愈縮愈短?
