Nerve sheath tumour

病患者男 - 36歲

最近照了MRI說S1,S2有6x9x8cm的nerve sheath tumour，ddx including chordoma and giant cell tumour is less likely

看了骨科說應該是腦神經外科的範疇， 請問你有看過相類病例嗎，謝謝！
