流啡色分泌物

病患者女 - 28歲

你好醫生，

我11月23號同12月8號個日去脫智慧齒，脫完智慧齒當日麻醉藥過左就好頭暈同流少量啡色分泌物，依兩日都有keep住流啡色分泌物，中間都有兩次性行為，性行為後就有血，到今日20號都有流啡色分泌物同血，但分泌沒有異味又冇疼痛感覺，上一次經期是11月22日，想問醫生有咩建議？謝謝
