下腹脹大

病患者女 - 32歲

醫生您好！最近兩個月開始(之前從未遇過)，下腹(肚臍下面)持續脹大，好像有兩三個月身孕般。本人身材高偏瘦，飲食多菜極少肉，食量小，亦不食辣及肥膩食物，不覺得會是脂肪積聚的肚腩。平常生活不覺得痛，只是肚皮持續脹大，沒有消減跡象。跑步時試過會感覺絞痛不適，乾嘔卻嘔不出來。本人覺得非常奇怪及困擾，請問醫生我需要做什麼檢查? 是看婦科或是腸胃科醫生呢?謝謝！
