腹瀉有血

病患者男 - 27歲

腹瀉，發現排泄物(爛)有鮮血，之前肛門收縮會有點痛，懷疑係內痔
為了安心，化驗了糞便，沒有癮血，沒有蟲，沒有黏液，沒有紅/白血球
但細菌培養顯示heavy growth of Klebsiella
事後食緊家庭醫生的消炎藥
想問點解會有呢種菌或有咩感染途徑，同對身體有甚麼影響
