胰臟癌末期免疫治療有效嗎？

病患者女 - 68歲

我媽媽半年前確診胰臟癌三期，8月份做完一round 電療化療後腫瘤縮小了，癌指數也回落。但九月至現今有其他拼發症在一直住院。在上星期照了PET CT. 發現胰臟腫瘤比確診時大了，肺也有轉移，肺腫瘤有7cm. 現有肺積水，正等待醫生去抽。請問建議免疫治療嗎？我們一直也沒有做切片。
