流啡色分泌物

病患者女 - 28歲

你好醫生，
我8號個日去脫智慧齒，脫完當日麻醉藥過左就好頭暈同流少量啡色分泌物，依兩日都有keep住流啡色分泌物，到今日10號就流少量較深啡色分泌物，但又冇疼痛感覺，想問醫生有咩建議？
