骨科: 中指關節問題
病患者女 - 48歲
本人6年前, 中指中間的關節位無故腫脹, 當時有看骨科, 但找不出原因, 因為當時沒有痛, 所以沒有再跟進, 但近來關節位開始痛, 所以再看骨科, 照了MRI, 骨科醫生沒有講解報告內容, 所以想查詢, 報告指出” At proximal interphalangeal joint (PIP), there is disruption of the volar end plate at the base of middle phalanx. There is also a partial tear of the extensor central slip at its insertion on the base of the middle phalanx.” 請問這是甚麼? 有甚麼方法可以醫治? 是否需要做手術? 因為都6年時間了, 做手術能否完全醫好? 如果不做手術, 情況會否越來越嚴重?
