心瓣關閉不全

本人39歲大約5年前做心臟照聲波發現心瓣關閉不全，現在頭暈嚴重，最近這個月開始有頭痛，請問這情況嚴重嗎？有何方法醫治，尤其頭暈很影響日常生活，謝謝
