不育問題

病患者男 - 18歲

之前因为阴囊受感染入院，吃完了两星期的药，現在過了兩三星期左右，兩側睾丸有些硬，在這兩三個星期差不多也有手淫。
請問阴囊受感染的復原期頻繁手淫有冇可能會出現不育。
