破傷風針

病患者女 - 22歲

你好。想問下如被狗仔咬，紅左一噠同有一點紅印，肉眼睇唔到有傷口，我需要去打針嗎？（如破傷風/瘋狗）細個有打破傷風針，但今年剛好10年，需要打嗎？超過24小時打有用嗎？
