飯後很容易作嘔

病患者男 - 72歲

你好醫生，我爸爸最近經常覺得飯後飽滯甚至作嘔，明明食量不多但也會有這個情況。
晚上卧床時會感到腸胃有「風」，感到很不舒服。
想問問這樣情況可能是什麼原因？應該做哪些檢查及應如何治療？謝謝你！
