西醫有無止肚痛藥咖?

一般見到都係胃藥, 仲有一隻係減少腸胃蠕痛的藥, 再加多隻止瀉藥, 係西醫無肚痛藥嗎? 我想買啲看門口呀......成日食保濟丸, 但我要食西藥呀, 唔可以中西藥一齊食咖嗎.......
