需打破傷風針嗎

病患者男 - 27歲

昨天跟朋友到大陸玩卡丁車，途中有意外，令頭盔撞到手即時流血，10多分鐘後已搵水沖洗及膠布包扎，但不知道頭盔是否衛生，請問需要打破傷風針嗎？
