糖尿病冇胃口

病患者男 - 39歲

本人39歲。有糖尿病需打胰島素，近日肚柯，手腳無力，頭暈，血壓低而到急症求診。醫生指是腸胃炎，服藥數天後雙腳仍感酸軟及沒有胃口，在室外活動感乏力，在冷氣地方則沒問題。
請問會否與糖尿病有關?
