胸脊T12壓迫性骨折

病患者男 - 30歲

一個月前，意外滑倒，導致T12骨扁左，醫生說等待自己癒合。但是自己還擔心。

想請問有什麼建議？或者有什麼治療方法？和是否對日後有很大影響？
