腎肝肺問題

病患者女 - 48歲

做手術前(子宮及卵巢切除)做了MRI, 報告顯示:
1. 輕度脂肪肝, 但肝size 是正常的
2. 有雙葉肝囊肚腫
3. 膽石 (2.1 x 1.55 x 1.94cm)
4. 右邊腎有積水

我應該要自行找專科跟進這些問題嗎?
