喉嚨中間很硬 有異物感

病患者男 - 15歲
大約一年前已經做過一些内窺鏡和超聲波檢查 當時醫生說無大礙，可能是軟骨組織令我有不適的感覺 但一年過了 情況沒有改善，甚至喉嚨中間有東西突起，很硬又移不走，而且異物感情況持續，請問我是不是舌骨囊腫甚至癌症？
