舌根肉粒

病患者女 - 23歲

舌根有很多大大小小的肉粒；喉嚨好像也有呈黃色，疑似水泡的物體。而嘴角有些白色小顆粒。請問是什麼，是熱氣？如需診治可到一般門診，還是皮膚科／耳鼻喉科？
