排卵日後

病患者女

我上次m 是10/4，用cb check 到 1/5排卵(day 21) ，今天18/5 還沒來，驗了又就沒有，我想問，我預測m 是排後14日？還是排後21日呢？ (排卵日是不是兩次m 的正中間？)或是，會不會有排卵但無月經的情況？ thanks!
