子宮肌瘤問題

范醫生你好，剛做完盆腔完超聲波檢查，有幾粒子宫肌瘤，最大约9x9x11c m並壓着膀胱，在肚皮上可摸到有腫瘤凸出，所以最近感到比較以前有尿頻，經血量多，是否做子宮切除手術係最理想的治療方法，還有冇其他治療方法，可否找你診所幫忙診治
