訓覺鼻痕

醫生你好，
訓覺既時候個鼻好痕，不自覺咁去捽鼻，而且仲好大力會整醒左自己，但忍唔到手，問題都有幾年，最近留意到仲會捽眼。
訓醒有時會流鼻水、少少鼻痕，平時我唔會捽鼻，係訓覺先會。有咩方法停止訓覺時捽鼻，同埋改善鼻痕問題⋯謝謝
