腳踭痛已有3年多

病患者男 - 22歲

本人腳踭痛已有3年多之前被手推車撞到，之後看過很多次跌打，針灸，推拿都沒有改善，照過X RAY 骨沒有問題，慢慢行路時都依然感到腳踭至筋扯住痛，而且腳踭一直腫痛，並沒有瘀黑，食過消炎止痛都沒用，請問我這個情況是什麼問題，要怎樣治療，用不用做手術?一般是什麼收費？謝謝呢啲情況要睇什麼專科，大約要多久才能醫好
