子宮內膜異位症

范醫生，本人有一粒2.x cm朱古力瘤及5.5cm子宮線肌瘤，是子宮內膜異位症，如果想有bb需要做微創切除嗎？還是吃避孕藥可以令瘤縮小？我ca 125指數78.x 是惡性嗎？本人很擔心，請解答我thanks
