體癬?

病患者女 - 約六個月

你好﹗最近發現BB的手臂和大腿上有少許圈圈，大約一元硬幣大，不深色。也有些是一塊狀，乾乾的，面積較小。BB似乎不痛不癢，沒有抓過。請問是體癬嗎？需要特別處理嗎？
