啪啪聲 膝蓋

膝頭啪啪聲，但沒痛

想問醫生，我朋友打開籃球，可能落地不好，之前有次打完就右腳膝蓋頭痛左一陣，第日就沒事
但而家快3個月，右腳膝蓋一屈成日有啪啪聲，完全屈到，但完全沒痛。

想問不會係半月板問題？係咪勞損 ？ 幾時會好？
