左耳聽覺出問題

你好，本人左耳近一個月一直有少少痕癢，早幾日起床開始發現聽覺上有些不同，尤其自己聽自己發出聲音時 左邊好像有層膜掩蓋住自己把聲 左右耳會有分別 但聽從外來的聲音又會正常 請問我左耳有甚麼問題？需要求診嗎？
