喉嚨痛的問題

醫生你好，請問如果我經常要打嗝（沒有吃飽飯 空肚也會） 而有時打嗝時會使我的喉嚨很痛 需要飲水舒緩痛楚
有時會覺得喉嚨裹好像有東西 請問是什麼病？
