搭車時常急尿

我搭公共交通工具時經常有強烈急尿感覺，急到要馬上落車去廁所，但每次排尿量少。即使飲好少水（或者唔飲）都好急，一急就好難忍，好似想缺提。屙完仍然有尿急感。但在家中就沒有這種急尿的感覺。

本人曾兩度求醫，那醫生開出Detrusitol 2MG ，但情況未有明顯改善。跪求醫生可以幫我解決這問題。
