尿道炎/非淋完藥後不適

你好,兩星期之前陰莖小小發熱去社會衛生科看過話我有非淋開了一星期doxy給我（當日驗了尿道說有小小野但不知道什麼細菌要等三星期看報告），吃了藥時好像沒問題，但吃光一星期藥後四日左右開始在長期坐下時陰莖發熱得好明顯同有酸痛,再過兩日也沒改善。請問應該如何處理？
