大便隱血測試

早前我睇完醫生
醫生安排我去做大便隱血測試，咁有一d 飲食指引要跟, 我想問如果我食開調腸素，都要停嗎？

另外，我之前胃氣多，排便超不順，咁我買左調腸素食，咁食完頭一兩次排便感覺係暢順左，但之後幾日又發覺無乜分別，都係排便不順，想問是什麼原因呢？
