鼻咽癌可以用免疫治療嗎?

病患者女 - 67歲

本人媽媽鼻咽癌已擴散至骨及肝,食化療藥9天已令她患有嚴重口腔黏膜炎,令她每分每秒都很痛苦,很難進食,幾天已瘦了八磅,現在可以如何治療她的口腔黏膜炎?
若她不能繼續化療,免疫治療對治療鼻咽癌有效嗎?
