眼皮問題

病患者男 - 46歲

本人是天生雙眼皮，最近兩嗰月，最外摺眼皮好像不懂降下，形成好像 ptosis. 經MRI check on brain and orbis, both are normal. after then check for 重症肌無力 by inspect the RNS and ACHR, 數據正常冇MG。

請問 any possible reason on this?
