我有 essential tremor 和焦慮症, 現服 clonazepam, 醫生曾開過 propranolol 給我服用, 對我來說, 每天 20mg propranolol 或 1mg clonazepam 效力相若, 都能控制部份手震, 但長遠來說, propranolol or clonazepam 那一隻藥比較安全和少些副作用? 因為我需要每天長期服用的
