前列腺癌復發

我爸爸今年67歲,8年前患上前列腺癌,已經做了切除前列腺手術,手術後PSA指數一直維持少過0.1,這指數維持左5年,3年前PSA指數升至0.1,到今年11月頭升到0.2,政府醫生話升到0.4先確實復發,現在只能3個月後再驗血睇下PSA指數有否再升再決定如何處理.
我想問下如果復發,是否只有電療和荷爾蒙藥?
那種比較好?
另外,前列腺已經切除,PSA指數在升,會否轉移到其他部位?
