線肌炎問題

鄧醫生,

你好~本人早前在公立醫院做了切除朱古力瘤,之後來經時仍然感到經痛很嚴重,公立醫院的醫生告知可能是另一種瘺叫"線肌炎",說是沒有辦法根治,只可靠食止痛藥。問題是我有時食止痛藥都無效,未知好似如此情況你有沒有什麼建議呢?感謝~
