甲狀腺素低

病患者女 - 44歲

醫生，請問我驗血中甲狀腺素TSH是0.28正常是0.35-4.94,T3,T4正常，但是我平日會感覺頭暈，心跳，倦，我應怎樣做？能夠好返？謝謝
