血壓和尿糖

病患者女 - 45歲

我本身已患高血壓和糖尿病10多年，今天前往家計會年檢，行了一小段路沒有坐下休息便馬上量血壓和驗尿，血壓竟高達150/77,而驗尿有一個+(距離食飯時間已4小時，2小時沒去小便),回家後再驗尿是正常，而血糖值為5.2,血壓左手123/72,右手119/73,為什麼會相差那麼遠?每次去診所度都過140，在家度11x至13x,很是焦慮，請醫生解答，謝謝
