陰部起粒

病患者女 - 28歲

您好，范醫生，
我近呢次經期黎完後，發現陰部左邊生左幾粒野，維持左一個半星期，按落去會有D痛，亦會痕，其中一粒腫起好似瘡咁，今日亦留意到腫起個粒有紅點，請問如何是好
