頸肩痛，手麻

本人早前頸肩一直有不舒服，僵硬，酸痛，現在嚴重到晚上睡覺的時候經常給手麻麻醒，雙手都有麻痺感，但是左手比較嚴重，左手手掌痲痺到有像螞蟻在爬的感覺，手指有一點像刺痛的感覺！現在睡覺質量很差，睡不好！請問各位醫生，我的情況嚴重嗎？我大概什麼情況？應該看哪一專科的醫生？多謝各位醫生的回答
