肩頸背痛

病患者男 - 32歲

現在坐不到一小時，脊椎上方接近頸部的位置就會很痛，同時兩側肩膀和胸背部的肌肉都會痛的要命，感覺胸腔被肩膀壓著，連呼吸也變得吃力，必須躺下休息才能舒緩，現在都無法工作了，請問這是否胸椎出了問題？謝謝
