尿液表面有油

病患者女 - 57歲

每次食完肥膩嘢,去小便的時候,有好像油浮在表面, 是不是膽管或者係肝有事 肝臟不能正常運作, 屙油? 應否睇醫生 ,如果睇醫生, 睇乜嘢科好呢?是否睇普通科?
