鼻咽癌電療後

本人電療已完成差不多半年，照鼻鏡後，政府醫院也說ok

但近日開始出現食慾不佳，甚至沒有胃口不能進食，比起電療時更甚
營養奶一支也需要分幾次

請問一下現在怎樣做才好？差不多三天也沒有進食了。

本人照MRI時、甲狀腺也有問題的，不知道是否也有影響？
