焦慮症自律神經失調

病患者男 - 24歲

本人已有一段時間感到胸悶痛 呼吸不順 ，還有時會有口干，尿頻，心悸，精神不振的感覺.近排做了個簡單身體檢查（心電圖，x光胸片，抽血，檢尿）也發現沒有事，在網上這些症狀有機是焦慮症，自律神經失調等.想問我應看那科
