發現糖尿並已食藥差不多10年

本人男現41歲，發現糖尿並已食藥差不多10年，現在每天食2粒glucophageXR750 及 1粒DiamicronMR60mg，另外亦有食Aprovel 及 lipitor. fasting glucose 經常度得8-9mmol/L, 應該是不合格的，其實我不太想食太多藥，我容易對藥物有不適感覺，如之前試用新藥invokana小便不順，但由於生活及工作關係不能在飲食及運動上改善身體狀況，請問有什麼方法可以改善血糖
