性病檢查

您好

我在17062018進行了一次無套口交，之後中左淋病，食了四粒藥同一支針，星期後覆診，已經治癒，我分別10072018.04082018及21082018，分別檢查了梅毒，愛滋，淋菌及沙眼衣原體DNA,所有都正常，而女朋友在08092018都檢查了，都正常，請問e生我們可以性行為及生兒育女嗎？

婚前檢查所有項目都正常！

我的女朋友由17062018到現在都無性行為，女朋友完全正常！
