卵巢囊腫

病患者女 - 33歲

范醫生你好, 7月起平時飲好多水但去廁所卻不多，小腹開始脹大懷疑是腹水，尿頻每一兩個小時就要去一次廁所但尿量不多和速度較慢，飲食後肚子又脹又痛，經過盆腔超聲波檢查發現盆腔發炎和左邊卵巢有囊腫，驗培植細菌報告顯示是沒有菌，請問我應該點做?

再做其他檢查? 或是要做手術?

我很迷惘希望范醫生可以解答!
