腳甲問題

病患者女 - 28歲

沒有長期疾病。
約3星期前發現腳指甲莫名瘀黑。
感覺是瘀血，腳甲增厚。但根部位置是簿的。
只有離根部1mm左右開始是厚。
像是一層的感覺。
到現在雖感沒那麽黑。但是灰甲嗎?

又該看什麽醫生才好。謝謝
