眼珠旁邊長了一個淡啡色色斑

不久前發現右眼眼珠旁邊長了一個好淡的色斑
個人覺得有可能是幾年前過度使用手機藍光所致
已經看過兩個眼科醫生說沒有大礙
可是還是很擔心請問如果我現在提出病理切片以及切除這個色斑香港會有醫生願意做這個手術嗎？還是要等到惡性病變才可以切除？

我真的很擔心快崩潰了，求醫生解答！
