懷疑腎炎

病患者女 - 43歲

醫生你好，
請問我太太上個星期驗尿和驗血，報告說
(1)檢測小便白血球結果為”4+“,
(2)小便亞硝酸鹽結果為“positive"
(3)小便蛋白為"trace" ,

另外本人太太以前患有腎石，并已清楚，唯還有少量留在腎裏面。醫生請問我下一步應該怎樣做，謝謝。
